As Financial controller/expert:
- You help manage day-to-day financial tasks, if it is in general ledger or completely project based. It doesn't matter to you.
- You ensure proper purchase requisition implementation for subcontracts and monitor on-going invoices and costs.
- You help review complex deals – reviews for order acceptance/compliance— analyzes that deal as sold to understand project set-up to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition.
- You're proactive and won't turn your hand around for a basic accounting task, in fact you love the variety between complex and less complex tasks.
- You help with the quarterly closing and declaration of VAT and the yearly closing.
- In general you're considered a swiss knife when it comes to accounting, budget controlling and project controlling.

Profiel
As Financial controller/expert:
-Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of customer/partner requirements.
- Strong policy, procedure, and compliance mindset, coupled with proactive internal & external customer focus.
- Knowledge of financial pricing work tools strongly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related disciplines preferred.
- 5+ years working experience in Accounting and Financial analysis, with project based experience is preferred.
- Mothertongue in Dutch or French with a strong understanding of the other language.
- A professional proficiency of English.
